Senior Sales Manager

Andy has a wealth of Packaging Experience having run a corrugated plant and also been involved in transport, he now looks after the Technical Sales Team and orchestrates Sales at Box and Seal.

Away from Box and Seal he enjoys nothing more than a game of golf and few beers afterwards, the only issue he has is his balls are afraid of the dark when it comes to putting! He is also an avid follower of Bristol Rovers Supporter and has been all his life.

Operations Manager

Wayne has 35 years experience in Operations and Management..

He is Box and Seal`s very own Ronaldo, his proudest moment being when he won the Football League Cup at the age of 50 playing with his 2 sons. When not spending time with his wife and family, he can be found on the bank fishing chasing a new PB.

Managing Director

Shaun has 24 Years in the Packaging Industry, initially buying boxes when he was involved in his families Pallet Business and then when he started Box and Seal in 2000.

When not involved in steering the ship Shaun can be found wearing wellies on his farm and campsite, with 4 children, chickens, sheep and 100 plus Pedigree cows he has his hands full, but, when he is able to get out he enjoys, cycling, running, or being beaten by Gareth at Squash.

Commercial Director

Gareth has spent 18 years in the Packaging Industry and has a wealth of Sales and Manufacturing knowledge.

He likes to dine out on the fact he once completed 2 of the world's hardest Ironman events, but what he fails to mention is this was over 10 years and a couple of stone ago. Unfortunately he now finds a park run just as challenging. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, running, fishing, and trying to keep up with his kids, much to the amusement of his wife Emma.

Ali has worked in finance for over 30 years with 25 of these being in the manufacturing industry. 

She has a love of all things equestrian and is a qualified riding instructor. 

Senior Production Manager

Dave has over 30 years of box manufacturing experience.

Out of work he likes holidaying abroad, the hotter the better, he is also a wizard on the BBQ, his catch phrase is “that ain`t burnt, that`s flavour”

Technical Sales

Marcs area of expertise is procurement, with over 13 years of purchasing experience in the Automotive Industry.

He is Box and Seal`s resident Swindon Town fan who can either be found celebrating, or sobbing into his pint after a game.

Head of Design

Alan started as an apprentice in 1977 at Cundell Corrugated, he worked in the factory initially and then found his niche as a sample maker. He spent the next 40+ years in various Design and Sales Positions

If he is not on the golf course with his new, pain free, bionic knee, he will be in a seedy den of Iniquity somewhere playing Pool. For the more salubrious evenings he will be out with friends from all walks of life and his long serving beautiful wife of 40 plus years.

Transport Manager

Lee has over 28 year`s experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Transport.

He has an obsession with food and spends countless hours either cooking or eating it. Whilst not eating, he enjoys anything motorbike or water-sport related.

Technical Sales

David has a wealth of packaging and manufacturing knowledge with 16+ years working for Box and Seal, initially in the factory but with the majority of his time working in Technical Sales.

Known in the office as Dangerous he enjoys travelling, reading and watching films. He did have a period of time when he embraced a few dangerous activities but is currently having a quiet patch, but… watch this space!

Factory Supervisor

Stell has been with box and Seal for over 19 years!

She is one of Box and Seals longest serving team members, poor thing. When not supervising the team she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Designer

Tom Studied Media and Product Design at College

He enjoys all things creative. Music, film, art and design. If he`s not skateboarding he will probably be reading comics or Gaming!

Factory Supervisor

Mos has worked in corrugated manufacturing for over 12 years.

He enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful children but his real passion is…… Candy Crush!
